ByeByeApply was founded by Silje Sundal, who brings over 20 years of experience from Hewlett-Packard, Citrix and Workday - all leading enterprise software companies in industry where she has been based out of Oslo and San Francisco.

With deep expertise in Revenue Operations, she's led teams focused on GTM Strategy while designing innovative data-driven solutions to help scale, grow and maximize revenue.

With her passion for new technology, AI, and experience from the enterprise world, she sees the need to fundamentally change how job search works. Not by adding AI to broken systems, but by teaching job seekers a better approach: tap into untapped opportunities, skip AI screening, connect directly.
