What Works

"Vi er alltid på utkikk etter dyktige folk. Send oss gjerne en åpen søknad!"

Direct, welcoming, clear call to action

"Bli med på laget! Er du en utvikler som ønsker å løse ekte utfordringer? Vi er et selskap i vekst og ser etter engasjerte folk som deg."

Exciting, specific about who they want, explains opportunity

"We'd love to hear your story to see if we're the right fit for you."

Personal, inviting, focuses on the candidate

"Finner du ikke en stilling som passer? Send oss en åpen søknad – vi tar gjerne imot henvendelser fra talentfulle mennesker."

Addresses the common concern, welcoming tone

"Vi er i stadig vekst og ser alltid etter nye kollegaer som brenner for faget sitt."

Shows growth, values passion

What Doesn't Work

"Ledige stillinger"

Too generic, says nothing about open applications

Navigation text, not actual content

Just contact info, no invitation

Too vague, could mean anything

Be specific about who you want

"Vi søker alltid utviklere og data scientists" is better than "Vi søker talenter". Specific roles attract qualified candidates.

Show growth and opportunity

Mention that you're growing, have exciting projects, or offer career development. People want to join something with momentum.

Use welcoming language

"Vi vil gjerne høre fra deg" feels more personal than "Send søknad". Small word choices make a big difference.

Include a clear call to action

Tell candidates exactly what to do: "Send en åpen søknad til careers@company.no". Remove friction.

Explain why open applications matter

"Vi finner ikke alltid de beste kandidatene gjennom stillingsannonser" validates their effort and shows you value initiative.
