Job seekers, or talent as we prefer to call them, create talent profiles describing what they enjoy doing, are good at and are looking for going forward. No titles or work history — only focus on tasks and ambitions. The talent profile is made visible to companies, but completely anonymously — no data about name, gender, age, work history or photo is shared. All completely free!
Subscribing companies register and publish concrete task needs they want to solve through hires: These can be permanent or temporary positions, part-time or shorter assignments.
